Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of acoustic treatment products, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Products showing signs of installation, mounting, modification, or wear are not eligible for return
Because acoustic products are sensitive to installation and handling, items that have been installed or altered cannot be resold and are therefore not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
• Custom-ordered or made-to-order products
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Products that have been installed, mounted, or modified
Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization.

Please include your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed after inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on product availability and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Acoustic Performance Disclaimer
Acoustic results can vary depending on room size, construction materials, layout, and installation. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued based on subjective performance expectations once products have been installed or used.
